let's be honest, buying a home can be one of the biggest decisions in life. Finding a good realtor came be challenging, whats even more frustrating is having a realtor that is just going through the motions not really listening to what you want and or need. NOT Airika, she listen and goes the extra mile to ensure that you get exactly what you want for the price you want it. She is very patient and went to bat for us when we needed her to! Very professional, kind, really cares about what you are looking for and very passionate about what she does!!! Airika was very patient and worked overtime to work with my busy schedule. She is very personable and sincere and knowledgable. If she didn't know the answer she would find it and get back to you immediately. She is persistent and efficient. We looked at 20 homes in a week's time with a holiday in between and put an offer on one within two weeks of starting to look. Our offer went in at 11pm one night and I had a home 45 days later!!!
